Receipt of Order
Fosdick receives Internet generated orders through several marketing channels including:
- Our Custom Shopping Cart Solution
- Use our shopping cart solution or your own, Fosdick can import the orders for timely and efficient processing. Choices include batch or real time processing.
- Fosdick Customer Service Center
- Many product inquiries are converted into orders by our experienced CSR staff.
Order Processing
Our dedicated staff of programmers and data processing personnel provide a secure environment for the first phase of the orders. Orders received are presented to our approved Merchant Processors for authorization. Upon authorization approved orders are printed on labels or order sets and presented to our warehouse. If rejected orders are recycled/reprocessed or permanently rejected subject to decline code. Backorders, for out of stock items, are managed through our backorder system.

Fosdick Warehouse
Working in direct communication with our Data Center, our Warehousing Services Department will pick, pack and ship orders forwarded by the Data Center. Clients of Fosdick optimize their postage by selecting which location(s) they ship from. Reno, Nevada & Wallingford, Connecticut provide ideal shipping locations.
