We consistently give our clients peace of mind by processing their customer orders correctly and efficiently.

Receipt of Order
Fosdick receives print generated orders through several marketing channels including:
- Inbound Call Centers
- Fosdick Customer Service Center
- The Internet
- Automatic Voice Response Solutions
- Mail Room
Order Processing
Our dedicated staff of programmers and data processing personnel provide a secure environment for the first phase of the orders. Orders received are presented to our approved Merchant Processors for authorization. Upon authorization approved orders are printed on labels or order sets and presented to our warehouse. If rejected orders are recycled/reprocessed or permanently rejected subject to decline code. Backorders, for out of stock items, are managed through our backorder system.

Fosdick Warehouse
Working in direct communication with our Data Center, our Warehousing Services Department will pick, pack and ship orders forwarded by the Data Center. Clients of Fosdick optimize their postage by selecting which location(s) they ship from. Reno, Nevada & Wallingford, Connecticut provide ideal shipping locations.
