Television, as a medium for sales of existing and new products, has never been better. Countless products have found success through television sales because this medium allows potential customers to see the product in action. Fosdick is a pioneer in providing television direct support for a wide variety of Infomercial and Short Form promotions. As a member of the Electronic Retailing association Fosdick has provided fulfillment support to our nation's top Television marketers. We currently ship in excess of 10 million DRTV orders annually.

Fosdick receives television generated orders through several marketing channels including:

Order Processing

Our dedicated staff of programmers and data processing personnel provide a secure environment for the first phase of the orders. Orders received are presented to our approved Merchant Processors for authorization. Upon authorization approved orders are printed on labels or order sets and presented to our warehouse. If rejected orders are recycled/reprocessed or permanently rejected subject to decline code. Backorders, for out of stock items, are managed through our backorder system.

Continuity systems allow for shipments at regular intervals. Installment billing or multi-pay options are also available.

Fosdick Warehouse

Working in direct communication with our Data Center, our Warehousing Services Department will pick, pack and ship orders forwarded by the Data Center. Clients of Fosdick optimize their postage by selecting which location(s) they ship from. Reno, Nevada & Wallingford, Connecticut provide ideal shipping locations.
