At our state-of-the-art data headquarters, our staff will receive online orders and credit card authorizations in real time from your e-commerce site.  Fosdick will then digitally create labels and ordersets for each transaction and will dynamically relay back order notifications.  Our staff will also confirm credit card orders and process related reports.

Throughout this process, our data center will be in constant communication with the merchant processor and your site's shopping cart.  Our MIS Team ensures that our hardware can support the demands of any site without the loss of information and with minimal room for error.

Fosdick Warehouse

Almost half a million square feet of warehouse space, managed efficiently, allows our warehousing teams to receive inventory and assemble kits (if applicable).  We can pick, pack and ship each order with impressive accuracy that will minimize returns due to retailer error.  Our bi-coastal warehouses can also facilitate returns processing, expediting the returns process and increasing customer satisfaction.

Fosdick Customer Service Center

Perhaps the most important aspect of any on-line marketing program is to deliver great customer service that will lead to repeat sales.  That's why our staff is well equipped to handle all phone orders and inquiries, and will be the first line of contact when customers return or exchange items.

The Customer Service Center will also respond to all written correspondence, arrange for call tags, tracers and claims, and chargeback investigations.  Our team make sure each consumer feels that their needs are being met by an experienced, knowledgeable and caring staff.
