What information do we collect?
Fosdick may collect, receive, and process data online, over the phone, in writing, and through email. We may collect and process the following:

- Products you purchase
Fosdick may collect this information in a variety of ways. Information is usually collected directly from you or a third-party processor:
- Files from a third-party order processing company
- A call into our Customer Service center
- A check was mailed to our headquarters

We only use the data that is collected to fulfill the intended purpose. These reasons include where we:
- To fulfill orders
- To review customer orders when customer service calls are placed
- To process returns
- Our clients (marketers of the product being purchased) may use Non-PII information (such as products and quantities of products purchased) to run business health & analytic reports.
- To comply with applicable law
Who has access to your data?
Your information may be shared internally to process or fulfill a request or provide a service. Our clients can view your information through our Web Portal, which is secure from the Public. The clients own the data and take full responsibility once exporting the data from our system*
*Exception is if the product was purchased from a 3rd party site. In this case, the data is fully owned by the order processor/marketplace. Our clients will only use Non-PII data to run business health reporting
How does the organization protect data?
The organization takes the security of your data very seriously. It has internal policies and controls in place to ensure that your data is not lost, accidentally destroyed, misused, disclosed, or accessed by anyone other than by its employees in performing their duties. Access to company systems is restricted to those needing access to carry out their role. No third parties are engaged in reviewing your data.
How long does the organization keep data?
We keep your information in line with our data retention policy. We’ll normally keep your information for as long as is necessary for its intended purpose, unless there is a legal obligation or a legitimate interest to retain that data further. This enables us to comply with legal and regulatory requirements or use it where necessary for our legitimate purposes (for example, to help us respond to queries or complaints).
