Integration and Automation: Our WMS system integrates with our clients’ eCommerce or ERP Systems (Shopify, NetSuite, Amazon etc.) for seamless data flow. With our Order Prioritization Logic, we optimize rush, backorder and pre-order handing.

Warehouse Layout and Slotting: We place high velocity SKUs closest to our packing stations and conveyor belts and reslot periodically using WMS analytics on order data.

Carrier Optimization: Our software systems integrate with key shipping software (ShipEngine, EasyPost, ShipStation) to find the best rate by speed and cost. Our bicoastal presence allows us to reduce shipping zones and transit times.

Quality Control and Continuous Improvement: We implement random audits on 1-2% of our daily orders and analyze the root causes of any shipping errors and modify our systems appropriately. Our clients have real-time access to our dashboards and can monitor all critical KPIs.
