Chief Executive Officer
Jennifer Denne has been with Fosdick Fulfillment for over 35 years. She has risen through the ranks at Fosdick, working across nearly every phase of the business. Jennifer served as Director of Human Resources until January of 2020, when she was appointed CEO.
President
Christopher Pappas has been with Fosdick since 2009 - first in Operations and then as head of IT. In January of 2020, Christopher was appointed President. He continues to lead tech initiatives at Fosdick and oversees both Client Services and Sales.
Chief Operating Officer
Tom Denne has over 35 years of fulfillment experience. Tom brings an in-depth knowledge of Retail, DTC and Returns processing experience to Fosdick.
Director of Quality and Inventory Control
As Director of Quality and Inventory Control, Mary Gilbert has over 20 years’ experience leading quality assurance, inventory accuracy, and process improvement in fast-paced operations. Mary is skilled in developing quality systems, reducing errors, strengthening compliance, and optimizing inventory flow across multiple functions, while improving operational efficiency, and driving high standards of performance. Mary is committed to delivering reliable products, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence from end to end.
Vice President, Operations
Scott Avery is the Vice President of Operations in our Reno, NV, facilities and a career operator. Scott directly oversees Fosdick’s Reno operation,’ working closely with West Coast and bi-coastal account stakeholders.
Director, Information Technology
John Wang has nearly thirty years of fulfillment experience related to IT. John is a gifted programmer whose systems engineering makes it possible to service the specific needs of each Fosdick client.
Director, Contact Center Operations
Steven Rusate has been with Fosdick since 2009. Steven manages Fosdick’s Customer Care and Contact Center, where he and his team are entrusted with pivotal CS/CX functions on behalf of Fosdick brands.
Director, Client Services
Jill Stanizzi has worked in fulfillment and distribution for nearly twenty years. In her position as Client Services Director, Jill ensures a high level of service through proactive, accessible, and responsive client relations.
Director, New Business and Inside Sales
Chris Grillo began work with Fosdick in 2017 on various digital marketing and web content initiatives. In 2022, he transitioned into his current role as Sales Director, in which he is chiefly responsible for business development.

Fosdick employs a full team of Developers and Data Control Specialists. These individuals take pride in the ability to tailor order processing and warehouse management automations to each unique account.
This ability allows Fosdick to adopt current processes and service levels, scaling operations alongside the growth and evolution of brand partners.
Vice President of Finance
As Vice President of Finance, Brett brings 25 years of expertise in corporate finance, budgeting and strategic planning, consistently driving results through strong leadership, analytical insight, and a commitment to fiscal responsibility. Brett is passionate about developing talent, driving operational excellence, and supporting sustainable business success.
Director of Operations
Diana has over 20 years of 3pl / distribution experience in all facets of Fosdick Fulfillment’s play book. Diana in her tenure with Fosdick has an acute understanding in leading the operations in B2C / B2B fulfilment in addition to vast experiences in reverse logistics as well as our 150 seat call center. Diana has played a vital role in delivering our WMS to our teams. Diana is currently Director of Operations for our East coast teams.
