Six Company Observed Holidays PLUS a Birthday Holiday
Eligible Fosdick employees receive paid days off in observation of the following holidays:

- Independence Day
- Labor Day
Employees will also receive a Birthday holiday in addition to earned PTO, to be used during the month of your birthday.
Company-Paid Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance

AD&D insurance also provides a benefit for employees who sustain a covered, accidental injury such as speech, hearing, or sight loss; loss of limb; or loss of thumb and index finger.

Free Flu Shots
Each year we partner with a local agency or hospital to provide free flu shots to our employees.
For children, legal wards, and grandchildren of all full-time, regular employees who are about to start or are currently enrolled in a full-time, post-secondary education program. Employees with one or more years of continuous service by April of the scholarship year are eligible to apply.
Employee of the Month Recognition
Nominees for Employee of the Month must be non-exempt, full or part-time employees who have been employed with the company for at least six (6) months. The employee should be deserving of the recognition that this award symbolizes.
Job Opportunities Program
Our job opportunity program gives our employees a means of pursuing other job interests within the company by providing full transparency of openings in other departments or facilities.
